Resolution #145

Upon motion by Councilman Elliott, seconded by Councilman Janak,
RESOLVED that the following named sites, be designated as Historical Landmarks, in the Town of Yorktown:
Davenport House - Section 15.3, parcel 10, lot 114, 116
Presbyterian Church - Section 4.21, parcel 66
Community Church (Baptist Church Rd.) - Section 11.2, parcel 4
Hobbs House-The Forge - Section 15.3, parcel 10, lot 36
and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED that the Supervisor be and he hereby is authorized and directed to indicate such landmarking on the Official Town Map.

Martucci, Janak, Elliott, Ruderman, Capellini voting aye.

Upon motion by Councilman Ruderman, seconded by Councilman Janak,

WHEREAS the Town Board, Town of Yorktown did on the 16th day of November, 1976 hold a public hearing, pursuant to notice duly published, to consider the historical landmarking of specified sites, therefore be it

RESOLVED that the following named sites, be and are hereby designated as Historical Landmarks in the Town of Yorktown:
Eagleson House/Lane's Tavern, Section 12.9, Parcel 15, Lot 1
New York Central-Putnam Division Railroad Station, Section 10G, Lot 133
Rahte/Congregational Parsonage, Section 5.13, Parcel 72, Lot 1
Boehm/Martens House, Section 2.1, Parcel 9, Lot 8.2

and be it

FURTHER RESOLVED that the Supervisor be and he hereby is authorized and directed to indicates such landmarking on the official Town Map.

RESOLVED that the following named sites, be and are hereby designated as Historical Landmarks in the Town of Yorktown:
Hallock/O'Rourke House: Section 15.20, Parcel 3;
Salloch/Chadeayne Homestead: Section 18.04, Parcel 35, Lot 4
and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED that the Supervisor be and he hereby is authorized and directed to indicate such landmarking on the official Town Map.
